Join us for Part 2 of our webinar series - Big feelings, little bodies: Fostering a culture of emotional wellbeing in early learning settings.
This will be a practical and inspiring session, focused on building emotional development, intelligence, and management in young children. If you missed Part 1, don't worry we'll send you the recording once you've registered for Part 2.
In this second session we'll further explore how early learning organizations can build a culture of social-emotional learning (SEL) across their teams, guided by the expertise of Dr. Zachary Stuckelman - Head of Research and Curriculum Development, Tiny Souls Media and Dr. Angela Low - Adjunct Professor, University of British Columbia and Researcher, Simon Fraser University.
They’ll share how leaders can empower educators to nurture children’s wellbeing, and help little ones navigate big feelings which can often be complex to manage.
There will be a focus on adult emotional competence and self-care — exploring how leaders and educators can strengthen their own wellbeing, while also supporting children in theirs.
They’ll share practical ways to build stronger connections between home and a child’s early learning center, so children feel consistently supported across the different places that make up their world.
With time for Q&A, join the conversation as we unpack and understand how to support children’s emotional growth with empathy, consistency, and care.
We’re truly excited for this next session and hope to see you there!
